Overview
I created a focused set of product storytelling graphics for a Celonis EMS blog article explaining how the real-time connector works. The work included a blog header image, LinkedIn social ad, and supporting infographics designed to simplify the technical concept for a business and product-focused audience.
Challenge
The real-time connector feature involved technical information that needed to be translated into a clean and understandable visual story. The challenge was to collaborate with a software engineer, extract the most important ideas, and turn them into graphics that supported the blog article without overwhelming the reader.
My Role
I collaborated with an internal software engineer to understand the feature, then designed the required visual assets in Adobe Illustrator. I created original illustrations from sketches, developed the visual metaphor, and laid out the social ad and supporting infographic graphics.
Design Approach
I used the Celonis linear illustration style to create a simple visual metaphor for real-time connection, combining an infinity symbol with lines and dots to suggest continuous data movement. The supporting graphics used the same restrained visual language to keep the concept clear, technical, and brand-aligned.
