Celonis Snap Guide
Scope:
Celonis Snap is a Free plan solution for business optimization. It is the Free counter part to Celonis EMS a full suit of applications designed to help determine and eliminate business inefficiencies. This guid aims at helping new and small businesses discover Celonis and discover what it can do for their business. This guide is aimed at a younger IT persona.
Contribution:
I was in charge with creating all illustrations, determining the layout (size and dimensions) and laying out/building the final version in InDesign. I created this digital publication while collaborating with the head of Celonis Snap, Copywriter and the Chief Design Officer. I used Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create this guide.
Design rational:
Working within the brand guide and collaborating closely with key stakeholders I was able to distill various ideas from guide copy and brief to create the visual elements and the final layout. I being with ideating, sketching on paper and then build versions iteratively to create the final guide.
Key achievement:
Fueled brand and product awareness at the top of the marketing funnel
Brand colors & illustrations
The Celonis brand colors have a hierarchy that is denoted by a percentage it should be used, based on the color and percentage. 
The illustrations need to have a surprise element that's both interesting and fun and a key to producing these is sourcing the right imagery, silhouette, color correct and manipulate the photograph to come up with a unique collage that fits the brand and give the intended marketing message a unique spin.  
Typography
The primary font for the Celonis brand is Poppins, we used this font throughout this guide and our brand to explain key messaging and highlight important stats and information in a bold and unique way.

Materials Management
Scope:
This data sheet depicts some use cases for the Celonis EMS, Materials Management Execution App, and explains how certain implementations of this application can optimize business.
Contribution:
I designed the entire document using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Collaborating with the Product Manager and Copywriter to visualize key data and information for marketing needs.
Design rationale:
Following our brand guidelines, I designed this data sheet for top of marketing funnel use, including more visual elements such as the header banner, collage and icons. I start my designs by sketching ideas on paper, then building on those ideas in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. and laying out the final data sheet in InDesign.
Key achievement:
Improved brand awareness and showcased key information on business optimization

Driving Real-World Business Impact for Our Customers
Scope:
This data sheet is intended to help existing customers upgrade their services to include a CVA (Customer Value Architect) in order to expand and improve business. Intended for bottom of the marketing funnel / existing customers looking to overcome business execution challenges. 
Contribution:
Working with the key stakeholder and the provided creative brief, I produced this document using Adobe InDesign. 
Design rationale:
The primary goal was to visually communicate the realized value of brining on a CVA expert. Using big bold lettering and working with typography and layout was essential. This document is intended for existing customers and therefore was designed within our minimal style to communicate vital facts with clarity and ease of reading.
Achievement:
Provided insight and knowledge to business leaders on how Celonis EMS along with a knowledgeable CVA can further improve business.

Big Book of EMS Use Cases
Scope:
Having many premier clients that have improved and optimized their business with the Celonis EMS software, there was a need to showcase how some of our client's used Celonis to gain business optimization. This book was designed to help existing clients understand how they can improve their business by optimizing certain departments.
Contribution:
Collaborating with the VP of Marketing and the Chief Design Officer, I was able to design this entire ebook using Adobe Photoshoo, Illustrator and InDesign. I created the illustrations and graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator and did the final layout in InDesign. 
Design rational:
Working within the Marketing team, I collaborated with key stakeholders to visualize data and information based on the project brief. This ebook needed to be visually engaging, featuring large data points and communicate key information. Since the document was very large, the challenge was to organize all of the information where the user could see any particular chapter without scrolling. I developed a dynamic interactive table of contents (TOC) to help the user see those particular chapters and sub-chapters and quickly navigate to them.
Achievement:
Bolstered the Celonis EMS SaaS product and how it can be effective for certain use cases, providing key data to new and existing Celonis customers.
