Celonis Snap Guide
Scope:
Celonis Snap is a Free business optimization plan solution. It is the Free counterpart to Celonis EMS, a full suite of applications designed to help determine and eliminate business inefficiencies. This guide aims to help IT leaders and new and small businesses discover Celonis and what it can do for them. This whitepaper was created for our Sales Enablement team.
Contribution:
I was responsible for creating all illustrations, determining the layout (size and dimensions), and laying out/building the final version in InDesign. I made this digital publication while collaborating with the head of Celonis Snap, the Copywriter, and the Chief Design Officer. I used Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create this guide.
Design rationale:
Working within the brand guide and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I distilled various ideas from the guide copy and brief to create the visual elements and the final layout. I started by ideating and sketching on paper and then building versions iteratively to create the final guide.
Key achievement:
Helped the Sales Enablement team facilitate product information to current and future customers. Increasing brand and product awareness at the top of the marketing funnel.
Brand colors & illustration style
The Celonis brand colors are organized in a hierarchy, each denoted by a specific percentage. This system guides the use of colors, ensuring the right color is selected based on its position in the hierarchy.
The illustrations need an interesting, fun surprise element. A key to producing these is sourcing the right imagery, silhouette, color correction, and photograph manipulation to create a unique collage that fits the brand and gives the intended marketing message a unique spin.
Working cross-functionally, I designed and laid out these digital publications using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. I collaborated with engineers to develop essential product dashboards and scheduled kick-off meetings to obtain the information needed to create each illustration. I got sign-off on the technical correctness of each illustration, ensuring it reflects the theme and topic of each publication. In addition, I collaborated with in-house copywriters to visually emphasize important aspects of each publication.
Typography
The main font for the Celonis brand is Poppins. Below is a guide for the brand typography and its correct usage. I used this guide in all my designs.

Materials Management
Scope:
This data sheet outlines use cases for the Celonis EMS Materials Management Execution App and explains how certain implementations can optimize business. It was designed to help our Sales Enablement team capture more leads and help current customers better understand the Celonis EMS tools.
Contribution:
I designed the entire document using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, collaborating with the Product Manager and Copywriter to visualize critical data and information for marketing needs. I developed unique icons for our brand visuals and laid out the data sheet using various character and paragraph styles, master pages, and links for all graphics.
Design rationale:
Following our brand guidelines, I designed this data sheet for use at the top of the marketing funnel, incorporating visual elements such as a header banner, a photo collage, and icons. I wanted to highlight the numbers as those were key selling points in the data sheet. I made them using our font system in a unique, bold visual way that draws attention. I developed the photo collage using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and laid out the final data sheet in InDesign. Additionally, I advocated for and implemented a call-to-action button that helped users move further down the marketing funnel and visit our site. This improved the user experience by providing more information about the product and guiding the user through the next steps to signing up.
Key achievement:
This data sheet helped Celonis' Sales teams capture new leads, improve brand awareness, and showcase vital information on business optimization to current and potential customers.

Driving Real-World Business Impact for Our Customers
Scope:
This data sheet was designed for our Sales Enablement team to help existing customers upgrade their services, including a CVA (Customer Value Architect) service, to help expand and improve their business. It is designed for the bottom of the marketing funnel and existing customers looking to further improve their outcomes and overcome business execution challenges.
Contribution:
Working with the key stakeholders and providing a creative brief, I produced this document using Adobe InDesign. The layout encompasses setting up various character and paragraph style sheets to improve the repurposability for other similar documents. Additionally, master pages for pagination/URL were essential.
Design rationale:
The primary goal was to visually communicate the value of bringing on a CVA expert. Big, bold lettering and a minimalist approach to typography and layout were essential to make the document more practical, communicate vital facts with clarity and ease of reading, and yet maintain and showcase the brand and value in an appealing way.
Achievement:
This whitepaper provided business leaders with insight into how Celonis EMS, along with a knowledgeable CVA, can further improve business performance.

Big Book of EMS Use Cases
Scope:
With many premier clients who have improved and optimized their businesses with Celonis EMS, we needed to showcase how some of our clients used Celonis to achieve business optimization. This book was designed to help existing clients improve their businesses by optimizing specific departments. This eBook was created for our Sales Enablement and BDR teams at the top of the marketing funnel to educate and promote Celonis EMS.
Contribution:
Collaborating with the VP of Marketing and the Chief Design Officer, I designed this entire ebook using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I created the illustrations and graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator, and the final layout in InDesign. I developed the entire layout in iterative phases to ensure cohesion between chapters. To improve design speed and productivity, I utilized character and paragraph styles throughout the layout, text formatting, links, and master pages for pagination and the running head.
Design rationale:
Working within the Brand team, I collaborated with marketing key stakeholders to visualize data and information in line with the project brief. This eBook needed to be visually engaging, highlighting key data points and conveying critical information. Since the document was extensive, the challenge was to organize all the information so the user could see any particular chapter without scrolling. I developed a dynamic, interactive table of contents to help users quickly navigate specific chapters and sub-chapters.
Achievement:
This playbook helped Celonis' Sales and BDR teams promote the Celonis EMS and its effectiveness in specific use cases, providing critical data to new and existing Celonis customers to help them make informed decisions.
