The Role of AIOps in Full-Stack Observability
Scope:
The general goal of this eBook is to bring interested Cisco DevNet community members, developers, and software engineers to the central hub site to engage with learning labs and tools.
Contribution:
Collaborating with copywriters and critical stakeholders, I designed this eBook in Adobe InDesign. I employed a grid system, paragraph and character style sheets, master pages, linked images, and hyperlinks to organize and layout the content.
Design rationale:
The main design is focused on the Cisco DevNet brand, featuring key shapes, colors, and text treatment. In addition, the TOC is designed to be dynamic and to have hyperlink functionality, similar to web navigation. This creates a more fluid, easier-to-use interactive user experience for the PDF. One of the creative strategies was to include large numbers for stats, which helps readers understand certain aspects of Full-Stack Observability.
Key achievement:
This eBook provides important information on AIOps and Observability for Full-Stack developers, and explains how Cisco can help facilitate the right tools for specific needs.

Scope:
This eBook's primary focus is to educate developers, software engineers, and leaders in application and systems development about security and its implementation at the earliest stages of development.
Contribution:
Collaborating with the copywriting and product teams, I designed this eBook in InDesign. I used a grid system, paragraph and character style sheets, master pages, and hyperlinks to organize the layout.
Design rationale:
Focusing on the critical data and the core branding and brand messaging. I developed this layout, formatting the text to fit the brand and a clean look that communicates fast and engages the reader with bold colors, shapes, and meaningful photography.
Achievement:
This eBook helped spread awareness of shifting security left and spotlight the issue in today's development process.

Beyon Multi-Factor Authentication: A Technical Guide to Zero Trust Implementation
Scope:
This eBook explains the importance of implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and establishes basic building blocks and critical components.
Contribution:
Collaborating with the copywriting team, I designed and laid out this eBook in Adobe InDesign, using paragraph and character style sheets, master pages, links, hyperlinks, and a grid. Additionally, I used Adobe Illustrator to design scalable graphics for repurposing in other content.
Design rationale:
In line with the Cisco DevNet brand, I used engaging colors, shapes, and images to create a simple yet exciting layout. The primary design goal was clarity for the reader without sacrificing style. I formatted the text using "paragraph" and "character" style sheets to ensure a consistent layout.
Achievement:
This eBook helped developers, engineers, and the Cisco DevNet community identify key security issues and plan the development process using a comprehensive security framework early in the development cycle.
