Celonis Intern Program Ads
Scope:
These ads were designed to promote the intern program for the Celonis Pristina, Kosovo team. We ran this ad on LinkedIn and Facebook. The primary goal was to gain applicants and improve brand engagement in the European markets.
Contribution:
In collaboration with the lead of the intern program at our Pristina, Kosovo office, to design these two ads. I created these ads in Adobe Illustrator and animated the final ads in After Effects.
Design rationale:
Using the brand line art style, I wanted to give a sense of movement, particularly how that movement translates to a new career for an intern. This idea came from sketching various concepts for career movement.
Achievement:
After the campaign ran, we learned that user engagement improved overall and that the number of applicants submitted for the intern program increased.

Contribution:
Collaborating with the UK marketing lead, I created these ads in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and animated the final version in After Effects.

UK Controls Ads
A / B testing
Scope:
These ads were designed for the UK market. The goal was to promote a Celonis webinar on the UK control reforms. The secondary goal was to see whether ads featuring people improve conversion or drive more traffic to our site than those without people. I created several versions of ads for A/B testing.
Contribution:
Using the creative brief and collaborating with the marketing lead on the UK side. I designed these ads using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Design rationale:
As part of our brand, we have always supported business growth, and this topic is a prime candidate for that. I sketched many business scenarios depicting growth. I then used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to bring those to the final stages.
Achievement:
After A/B testing these ads, we learned that the ad with a person performed better than the more abstract one without a person. This outcome informed our future design considerations.
Banking Webinar Ads
A / B testing
Scope:
This social post was intended to promote a webinar with premier clients who use Celonis EMS. The primary goal was to increase global brand awareness in financial markets. The secondary goal was to determine which of these performed better and inform future design decisions for our audience.
Contribution:
Working with the project's marketing lead, I collaborated with a copywriter to create these ads. I designed these ads in accordance with our brand guidelines. These social posts were created using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Design rationale:
The design for these needed to adhere to the brand guidelines. Since this was a global webinar, I wanted to create an illustration that resonated with the subject matter in a creative and fun way. I sketched various ideas before settling on this version. I then created A/B variations in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Achievement:
After testing these variations, many users preferred the ads with a white background and a blue call-to-action button over the black background version with a green call-to-action button. This finding helped inform the creation of future social posts, with the white background style preferred over the other.
